Julia Martin is a research associate I at the Georgia Health Policy Center. Her areas of expertise include global health, sexual and reproductive health, and qualitative methods.
Her current projects at the center include the Legislative Health Policy Certificate Program with Robert W. Woodruff Foundation support, which educates Georgia lawmakers on health policy issues. Martin also works to support a mixed-methods evaluation of co-occurring clubhouses for youth with a mental health diagnosis and a substance abuse diagnosis, and she supports community health needs assessments for Kaiser Permanente of Georgia, WellStar Health System, Piedmont Healthcare, Mercy Care, Clayton County, and Grady Health System.
