Georgia Health Status Maps (Updated Data Coming Soon!)
These maps reflect a composite score of (1) presence of disease e.g. diabetes, cancer; (2) self-report of health; and (3) health behaviors e.g. smoking, exercise, nutrition. They are nationally benchmarked and were created for the GHPC by Dr. Alan Dever at Mercer University.
