The MCH module was developed in partnership with the National MCH Workforce Development Center. This guided practice was designed to assist state and territorial Title V agencies as they plan and implement health programs in an environment of health system transformation, but can be used by any organization or agency at no cost.

The role of public health is changing and more than 1,300 users from all 50 states are using the ACA planning tool to think adaptively, have important conversations, and plan strategically with their teams.
Use the website or workbook with your own team to:
- Examine the basics of the Affordable Care Act;
- Apply adaptive thinking to questions related to health system change; and
- Create a simplified implementation plan to leverage the opportunities in the health care reform law to improve population health.
