25th Anniversary Events and Activities
While the countdown may have stopped, the work continues. See below for the events and activities that occurred in 2020 and our upcoming plans as the GHPC honors our 25 years through service to our partners and the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
With 2020 taking an unexpected turn, GHPC shifted its energy toward assisting our clients, partners, and stakeholders with needed information, resources, and strategies. We asked ourselves:
- What relevant resources can we provide right now? What have we created or published in the past that might be useful now as organizations respond to the pandemic?
- Where is the need? What are people asking for? What is missing from the current policy conversation?
- How might we share our collective knowledge?
We have a team of a dozen faculty and staff from GHPC, the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and the Georgia State College of Law reviewing legislation and regulations related to COVID-19. We are partnering with the Andrew Young School to produce podcasts and briefs, in addition to developing our own resources and products. Please sign up for our listserv or follow us on social to receive the latest materials.
