Interventions to Address Social Disconnection During COVID-19 and Beyond

The Georgia Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging Services (DAS) received funding through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act to support the division’s response to social disconnection among older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. DAS contracted with the Georgia Health Policy Center (GHPC) to identify existing, evidence-based measurement tools for assessing social disconnection among DAS service populations.
