Aligning in Action: Denver Area Agency on Aging
The Denver Regional Council of Government’s (DRCOG’s) Area Agency on Aging (AAA) has a nearly 50-year history of aligning social services for the area’s growing number of seniors and adults with disabilities. In the past four years, DRCOG’s AAA expanded its existing network to become the first AAA in the nation to lead an Accountable Health Community (AHC).
