During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Center for Health Progress bolstered its community organizing strategies to include connecting community members to direct services, in addition to continuing to engage people in policy and advocacy. Similarly, the Pueblo Triple Aim Corp. This descriptive research will assess these efforts to better understand how the COVID-19 pandemic strengthened or weakened the ability of both organizations to engage “hard-to-reach” community members
