Power Measures and Concepts for Aligning Across Sectors
Power in particular has been identified by practitioners and researchers as a key factor shaping aligning successes and failures. However, power is a complex concept and can be difficult to effectively measure. To date, few collaboratives or researchers studying collaboratives have fielded measures of power.
