Project 180: Supporting School-Based Therapists During COVID-19
Beginning in mid-March, as a result of the COVID-19 public health emergency and the shelter at-home restrictions put in place by the governor’s office, educators transitioned to teaching and supporting their students online utilizing virtual platforms. The following is a synthesis of experiences shared by four school-based therapists in metro Atlanta participating in Project 180. The insights in this brief may provide points for consideration in continuing to support school-based therapists during the COVID-19 pandemic.
