- Biography
Annelise Gilmer-Hughes is a research associate II at the Georgia Health Policy Center. She brings expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, and health promotion. Her portfolio of work focuses on adolescent mental health, substance misuse, and co-occurring disorders. Her research interests include intersectional solutions to health inequities, social determinants of health, and health outcomes among various LGBTQ+ communities.
She supports the Georgia Apex Program within the Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health, working on research, evaluation, and providing technical assistance to Georgia Community Service Boards.
