Huronda Smith is the budget analyst for Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health. Huronda has expertise in the financial administration and ensuring regulatory and agency compliance of sponsored awards including: federal, state, and private funding, as well as non-sponsored and institutional awards.
Current responsibilities include fiscal management of the Center of Excellence’s projects and awards. She manages the full award life cycle from notice of awards through award close-out. These responsibilities include budgeting, invoicing, data analysis, projections, subaward monitoring, maintaining process improvements, and interacting cohesively as a liaison with internal and external entities.
