Sarah Gillen is a bridge builder who unites public health leaders and multi-sectoral partners that aspire to co-create improved conditions for health. She brings expertise in co-facilitating strategic planning processes and learning collaboratives with staff in nonprofit and governmental public health organizations. Her approach cultivates a shared vision across interested parties that drives action toward short and long-term goals and impact.
At the Georgia Health Policy Center, Gillen’s current work aligns and activates health, well-being, and organization development priorities that generate growth and development. She empowers colleagues to apply adaptive leadership approaches to modernize workplace policies, practices, and systems.
