- Biography
Traici Brockman is a research associate II with the Community Health Systems Development team. She brings experience in public health technical assistance, and health policy and health promotion for both state governments and national nonprofits. Some of her interests include policy interventions to improve workforce development, access to health care, obesity and physical activity, and reducing health disparities.
Brockman provides technical assistance to rural grantees of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Small Health Care Provider Quality Improvement Program and Rural Health Network Development Program. Her technical assistance will support grantees as they implement quality improvement projects and strengthening rural health networks focused on chronic disease management, care coordination, achieving primary care medical home certification, and other value-based care initiatives.
