Awards & Grant Management
Awards & Grant Management
The Georgia Health Policy Center (GHPC) partners with public and private grant makers to leverage resources to empower local communities to address priority health issues.
GHPC has experience overseeing the entire award and grant management cycle — including proposal development, establishment of selection criteria, dissemination, review, and selection, as well as ongoing program monitoring and technical assistance for awardees and grantees at local community organizations. If desired by the funder, GHPC may provide budget monitoring and invoice processing as well as fiscal agency services for grant recipients requiring this level of support.
We tailor our scope of work depending upon the goals and needs of the funder. Throughout the grantmaking process, GHPC keeps the funder informed through phone calls, meetings, and written reports. If requested by the funder, GHPC conducts qualitative and/or quantitative evaluations of the awardees through site visits, review of reports, data analysis, and informal discussions. GHPC strives to document the impact of the funder’s investment and prepares a final report for the funder that includes information related to successes and associated drivers, challenges and barriers, lessons learned, themes, funding, impact, and recommended next steps.
