OPEN HAND
The Atlanta Regional Collaborative for Health Improvement assisted with the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Community Resource Hub, a rapid referral network to meet the social needs of people with chronic disease.>>
SICKLE CELL FOUNDATION OF GEORGIA
As part of the Sickle Cell Data Collection Program, GHPC provided the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia with maps indicating county-level concentrations of sickle cell disease prevalence overlayed with pediatric and adult specialty care locations.>>
LEE ROY MYERS MIDDLE SCHOOL
The behavioral health workforce development team at the Georgia Health Policy Center are certified national trainers in Sources of Strength, a strength-and evidence-based youth mental health–promotion and suicide-prevention program.>>
GEORGIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY
GHPC designed the pioneering Legislative Health Policy Certificate Program to prepare state legislators and their research and policy staff to understand from multiple angles the complex health issues before them.>>
GREAT MINES HEALTH CENTER
Since 2021, GHPC has provided thought partnership and guidance to Great Mines Health Center and the Washington County Mobile Integrated Healthcare Network, as part of the Rural Health Care Services Outreach Program, which provides community-based program funding to support innovative strategies to expand clinical service capacity.>>
GEORGIA MENTAL HEALTH ACCESS IN PEADIATRICS PROGRAM
The Georgia Mental Health Access in Pediatrics program helps primary care providers take better care of children and adolescents by increasing pediatric providers’ comfort to treat and manage mild-to-moderate behavioral health concerns through provider trainings, an advice line, and a referral network.>>
GEORGIA CANCER CONTROL CONSORTIUM
The Georgia Health Policy Center supports the Georgia Cancer Control Consortium’s work to unite the state’s governmental agencies, public health, universities, health care providers, community organizations, and survivor groups around the common goal of reducing the number of cancer-related deaths in Georgia..>>
