Tools & Frameworks
The Georgia Health Policy Center (GHPC) focuses on solutions for today’s most complex health issues. Seeking solutions requires a baseline understanding of the problem. To accomplish this, GHPC uses tools and frameworks to assess the problem, understand who has a stake in finding a solution, and plan for implementing a sustainable solution. Our most frequently used tools and frameworks include those that are collectively owned (e.g. collective impact, health impact assessment, and systems thinking), as well as some that are proprietarily developed (e.g. The Leading through Health System Change Planning Tool and the Sustainability Framework).
